Founder/Managing Partner

George W. Lollis is co-founder and Managing Partner of the Accredited Fiduciary Advisors, LLC and is an Investment Advisor Representative through Prospera Financial Services, Inc., a SEC Registered Investment Adviser firm. Mr. Lollis brings over thirty-three years of investment consulting experience to the firm’s Qualified Plan Fiduciary Consulting practice, serving as trusted financial advisor providing fiduciary consulting, financial investment analysis and investment portfolio management. Mr. Lollis’ specializes in 401(k) Plans, defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, ESOP Plans and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans, ranging in size from $10,000,000 to over $1,000,000,000. Mr. Lollis has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation, the Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®) designation, and a Bachelor of Business Studies in Finance, Magnum Cum Laude, from Dallas Baptist University as a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honors Society. Mr. Lollis holds a FINRA Series 7 license, Series 66 license, Series 63 license, and Series 22 license. Mr. Lollis serves as a Board Member for the Order of Christian Workers, serves as a Vestry Committee Member for the St. Philips Episcopal Church of Frisco, and actively serves in the Bill Glass “Behind the Walls” prison ministry.

Randy T. Nichols AIF®, CLU, LUTCF

Randy T. Nichols AIF®, CLU, LUTCF is Co-Founder of Accredited Fiduciary Advisors, LLC., and is an Investment Advisor Representative through Prospera Financial Services, Inc., a SEC Registered Investment Adviser firm.   Mr. Nichols brings over 30 years of investment consulting experience to the firm’s Qualified Plan Fiduciary Consulting practice serving as trusted financial advisor providing fiduciary consulting, investment analysis, and retirement and portfolio management. He specializes in 401(k) Plans, defined contribution and defined benefit plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, and estate and business wealth transfer planning for selected families and business owners of privately held businesses. Mr. Nichols is a graduate of the University of North Texas and holds his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Excellence, and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designations from The American College in Bryn Mar, Pennsylvania. Mr. Nichols holds securities licenses Series 6, 7, 22, 24, 63, and 65, and is a licensed life and health professional. He dedicates his volunteer time and talents as a board member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce and the North Texas Community Giving Foundation. He is one of the founding members of the El Paso Sunturian’s PasoPort Education Program for financially disadvantaged, intellectually gifted, minority students. He also has a long history of community service with non-profit organizations that support, protect, and improve the lives of disadvantaged and abused children.

Daniel W. Mossakowski

Co/Founder Partner

Daniel W. Mossakowski is Co-Founder of Accredited Fiduciary Advisors, LLC. , and is an Investment Advisor Representative through Prospera Financial Services, Inc., a SEC Registered Investment Adviser firm. Mr. Mossakowski brings five years of investment consulting experience to the firm’s Qualified Plan Fiduciary Consulting practice, serving as trusted financial advisor providing fiduciary consulting, investment analysis and investment portfolio management.   Mr. Mossakowski specializes in 457, 401(a), 403(b), 401(k) Plans, defined contribution plans, and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans. He specializes in portfolio construction for the individual investor and investment analysis for qualified plans. Dan has his securities licenses Series 7 and 66, and is also a licensed life and health professional. Prior to entering the industry, he was a member of the U.S. Air Force, and spent the majority of his career as Director of Operations for a $40 million dollar privately held printing firm. Dan’s commitment has always been to his fellow citizens. Having served as Chairman for the Frisco Independent School Board, and Vice Chairman for the Frisco Economic Development Corporation, he is passionate about helping to improve the public education system and increasing business opportunities for others. Dan continues to serve his community as a committee member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs, and as District Chair of the Iron Horse District Boy Scouts of America.
